By using FincWin — whether the free version or a paid licence — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FincWin.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know via email (if you have an account) and update the effective date above. Continuing to use FincWin after changes are posted means you accept them.
When you purchase a FincWin plan, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software on the number of devices your plan permits:
The licence is for personal use only. You may not use FincWin to build a competing product, resell access, or operate it as a service for third parties.
The free tier grants access to core budgeting features on a single device indefinitely, subject to these terms.

If we find a licence key being misused, we reserve the right to deactivate it. We'll always contact you first to resolve the situation if we can.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
30-day refund policy: If you're not satisfied with FincWin within 30 days of purchase, email us at support@fincwin.com and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no friction.
After 30 days, refunds are handled case by case. We're a small team and we're reasonable — reach out and we'll work something out if there's a genuine issue.
One-time licence purchases do not auto-renew. You will never be charged again for a plan you already own.
FincWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your needs.
Financial information provided by FincWin — including AI coaching responses, projections, and payoff calculations — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for decisions that matter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FincWin's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data — arising from use of FincWin.
Because your data is stored locally on your device, we have no ability to recover it if you clear your browser storage, lose your device, or otherwise lose access. We strongly recommend using the export feature or Google Drive backup (Pro/Lifetime) regularly.
We'll try to give you 30 days' notice of any material changes. Minor changes (typos, clarifications that don't affect your rights) may be made without notice. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
