FincWin installs to your phone or desktop as an app and runs entirely offline. No bank login, no account, no connection required.
They need a constant connection to sync with your bank, and they store your data on someone else's server. On a plane, on patchy signal, or if you simply don't want a bank link — they stop working.
FincWin is built the opposite way: your data lives in your browser, and the app works whether you're online or not.
| Feature | FincWin | Cloud budget apps |
|---|---|---|
| Works offline | Yes — full PWA | No |

Does FincWin really work with no internet?
Yes. Once loaded, it runs from your device. You can budget on a plane and it syncs nothing because there's nothing to sync — your data is already local.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's local storage. Optionally you can back it up to your own Google Drive. FincWin keeps no copy.
Is it free?
Yes — the free plan is permanent. Pro ($39/year or $149 lifetime) adds CSV import and AI coaching.
Free plan is permanent. No card, no account required.
